Material:
This article is made of high quality alumina porcelain, which is superior to classic feldspar porcelain, without losing its good features. It is about 150% harder than ordinary porcelain and has the same brilliance, stability and color. Alumina porcelain is fired twice and offers a higher resistance and lifespan at almost the same price.
Quality level:
This item is classified into the quality level High Quality as the best sorting with a ratio of approx. 95/5 a-b-grade. The glaze is even and shiny. The item is free from visual flaws. In very few cases minor pinholes or light refractions can still be seen when reviewed carefully. As porcelain is a natural product, the item is “top” but not “perfect”. This quality level is comparable e.g. with Bauscher, Schönwald, Rosenthal, Villeroy & Boch, RAK and many other well-known premium brands.
